Dee Michaelis is a senior level Human Resources executive with 25 years of experience in providing strategic and tactical direction to the Human Resources function; helping company’s achieve start-up, high growth and realignment initiatives; and managing legal compliance and legal liability issues.
Before joining Drew Child Development Corporation, Dee served as the Senior HR Executive for the Western Region of US Trust –a financial services subsidiary of Charles Schwab, and Meridian IQ, a technology subsidiary of Yellow Corporation. She also developed the Human Resources departments for InterPacket Networks and Commuter Transportation Services.
Dee has expertise in all functional areas of HR. She has a track record of developing solid HR infrastructures which attract and retain top talent and performance systems which align employee performance with company objectives.
Dee holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Cincinnati and a Master of Science Degree in Counseling from California State University.
