Pay Rate: $10.50 – 13.25 per hour
Drew Child Development Corporation is a nonprofit organization providing high quality child care and educational, social, and mental health services to the South Central Los Angeles community.
Under the direction of the Early Intervention Program Coordinator and Director of Education, the Early Intervention Associate Teacher will provide early intervention services for children 18 months to 3 years of a age with developmental delays, including children on the autism spectrum in accordance with the individualized family service plan.
The ideal candidate shall have a valid California Associate Teacher Permit in Early Childhood Education; valid Pediatric CPR and Pediatric First Aid Certification; at least 12 units in Early Childhood Education; experience working with children who are developmentally delayed (at least two years desired); and knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices is desired.
