Department: Alternative Payments
Pay Rate: $16.75-$20.27 per hour
Reporting to the Program Manager, the Quality Assurance Specialist will ensure compliance standards are being achieved by conducting random reviews of participant, provider and payment files to document and track errors; coordinate corrective action plans and provide feedback to program management; will prepare and coordinate file reviews with program funder (DPSS) and will coordinate appropriate responses with program management to discrepancies discovered during the review; will timely and accurately complete reports including the contract invoice and other ad hoc reports and will perform report reconciliations; will coordinate Hotline complaints reporting with DPSS.
The ideal candidate shall have a Bachelor’s degree and three years related experience in CDE and DPSS- Stage 1 contracts; or equivalent combination of education and experience; must have strong computer skills and complete knowledge of Microsoft Office; excellent oral and written communication skills; bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
