Reporting to the Director of Education the Administrative Assistant shall perform all clerical duties related to the Director of Education and Child Care Centers; check accuracy of sign in sheets; complete/translate English/Spanish documents; complete DRDP/Parent Survey on excel spreadsheets; maintain center supplies; answer calls; outreach for all centers; complete monthly attendance on Center track; maintain center waitlist; assist in Spanish translation for monolingual parents; 3 days in office/ 2 days outreach and or classroom coverage.
The ideal candidate shall have a Bachelors Degree in Child Development or related discipline and a Teacher’s permit; must be bilingual English/Spanish; detail-oriented, self-motivated and possess excellent customer service skills; excellent oral and written communication skills; must have strong computer skills and complete knowledge of Microsoft Office.
