Gabriela Teissier is a news anchor for “Noticias 34: Primera Edición,” Univision 34 KMEX-TV, the number one television station in the nation.
She just received “Best news anchor” award by the prestigious LA Press Club, making her the most outstanding newscaster in Souther California.
Also this year she was awarded with an Emmy for her role in the first bilingual mayoral live debate in Los Angeles, produced by Univision.
She has interviewed important personalities like President Barack Obama, the President and Nobel laureate Shimon Peres, journalist and former first lady of California Maria Shriver just to name a few.
Gabriela is also very active in the community. She is on the board of Act-Today, a not-for-profit organization that provides therapy and services for families with children with Autism, and is also a board member with the American Heart Association. She has also been recognized as “Ambassador of Hope” by City of Hope, and has helped host Teleton and Teleton USA many years.
Gabriela is not only a professional woman. She is wife of renowned Chef Raphael Lunetta and is mother of two children that keep her very busy. She keeps a delicate balance between preparing for the 2 hour show she hosts every day and rushing like any regular hard working woman of our times.
