Since 1987, Drew Child Development Corporation (Drew CDC), a private, nonprofit organization located in South Central Los Angeles, has been dedicated to the education and well-being of at-risk children in the metropolitan Los Angeles, area.

Reporting to the Manager of Mental Health Services, the Clinical Supervisor will: (1) provide supervision to staff obtaining hours towards their licensure in their respective disciplines and within Clinic and Board standards; (2) train and monitor staff performance in DMH processes and administrative paperwork; and (3) read and approve their clinical notes.
The successful candidate will (1) be licensed for a minimum of 2 years with the State of California as a LCSW and be in good standing with the BBS; (2) be eligible to supervise registered MFT and MSW interns; (3) have direct experience with and/or certification in Evidenced Based Practice Models; (4) have direct experience working under the provisions of a DMH contract; and (5) have and a minimum of one year of supervisory experience.
